When placing an order, please submit picture of your current ID and a selfie of yourself holding the ID.

Please Note: We have one warehouse located in Sacramento, but we have many Pin Drops located throughout Yuba and surrounding areas. The Pin Drops are not an indicator of our location but an indicator that we service that area. Please do not mistake our Pin Drops as a location.

Purfaze Delivery is a safe, discreet, and fully licensed cannabis delivery service within the greater Sacramento area and its surrounding cities. We are a Non-Storefront Retail Dispensary offering our services to Medical and Recreational users of cannabis products.

Purfaze Delivery was founded to provide exceptional customer experience in the cannabis delivery industry. The owner has over 25 yrs of customer service experience and has trained all the staff with a focus on customer service. For them, it’s not just about making money. All cannabis purchases are subject to California Excise, City and State taxes. Only California State-issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) holders are exempt from paying the sales tax of 8.75%. MMIC is a medical identification card that is issued by the California Health and Safety Department. Doctor recommendations, notes or scripts do not qualify as a MMIC. If you carry an MMIC, please be sure to let your dispatcher know upon placement of order so that we correctly calculate your total.

RETURN POLICY

Purfaze Delivery will consider exchanging damaged or defective cannabis products if they are reported to us within 24 hours of purchase. So please check all your cartridges upon delivery. All non-damaged cannabis products sales are final. Products can not be exchanged due to preference or characteristics of the product, including taste, look or feel. Please notify customer service within 24 hours of purchase for exchanges when a hardware product, such as a battery, pod or cartridge are damaged or defective. All exchanges/refunds shall be at the discretion of Purfaze Delivery.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Cash upon arrival and Zelle before the order goes out. We do not accept old $100 bills, only blue strip bills. Please let the dispatcher know if you will need change.
